After “Barbara” yesterday, we’re going focus on some Oly lifting today. Complexes are a great way to practice the technique of the lifts while still building to a weight that challenges you.

The metcon is short and sweet but don’t let that deceive you. Burpees and kettlebell swings will have you grasping your chest for air when you’re done with these 90 reps. Go hard and try to get this done under 5 minutes. Sprints are always fun and leave you going “WTF just happened?!” 🙂

In 20min, find a heavy complex – 2 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk
