After yesterday’s “celebration”, we’re going to slow it down a bit and work on our overhead squats. Since we haven’t done this movement in a while, use a weight that is right in the middle of too light and too heavy. If you can’t do these with near perfect form, consider working with a much lighter weight and perfecting your movement first.

In the metcon, use the same rule for the OHS. We’d rather see great form and slower movement, than a bunch of sloppy reps just for a score. Form > weight!
