Happy Birthday America (and Amy) and what better way to “celebrate” than with a chipper of American proportions. Did I hear someone say “I’ll take that in a super-size”??? Well, here ya go. 1776 reps of 11 different movements to fill your need for volume and a good helping of variety. I guess the good thing about this super-size “meal” is that it will actually get you fitter, not fatter.

Conditioning:

In teams of 3, complete a total of 1776 reps of all movements combined in any order:
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Pushups
Pullups
Burpees
Abmat Situps
Row (cal)
Double-unders
Wallballs (20/14)
Slamballs (30/20)
DB Push Press (50/35)

  • Multiple partners may work at the same time, but everyone must work on the same movement.
  • A team cannot complete more than 200 reps of any one movement and each team member must complete at least 10 reps of each movement.
