Fat Pants Friday

Today your WOD is what you ate. Your round will be made up of all the things you ate at least once and you can do them in any order during any round. You’ll have 30 minutes to get as many rounds as possible so make sure you burn as many calories as you can.

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 30min:
Turkey – 20 Deadlifts (50% of 1RM)
Stuffing – 20 KBS (53/35)
Cranberries – 10 HR Pushups
Green Bean Casserole – 10 GHD Situps
Sweet Potato Casserole – 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
Rolls/Cornbread/Croissant – 15 Burpees
Gravy – 500m Row
