Today we get in some running to loosen up your legs from yesterdays WOD. Try to go unbroken on all movements as there are only 7 reps of each and well….once you hit 5, there’s only 2 left. Push each run like you’re doing 7 single attempts at a 400m time trial. This is where the length of this WOD can balloon up so run hard and keep track of your splits.
