3 Quickies That Make Longie

We continue 2019 with our infamous “Intro WOD” and a few other “quickies”. 7 minutes doesn’t seem like a long time when your in the zone, but when you’re doing a particular couplet, it can seem to last forever (LOL). Start out with a pace you can sustain and try to maintain it throughout the AMRAP. Focus on your breathing during the breaks and get your heart rate back down before the next 3, 2, 1…GO!!

Have fun with this one. I mean, it’s really only your second WOD of 2019.

AMRAP in 7min:
7 Wallballs (20/14)
7 Burpees

7 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
7 Pullups

AMRAP in 7min:
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Pushups
