Today, we remember those brave people who helped as many as they could before making the ultimate sacrifice. We also remember the thousands of innocent lives lost during the tragic events that occurred 17 years ago. The burpees today may suck and the rows and snatches may hurt, but just remember that you’re still here and they are not.
