Today we’re focusing on the upper body, specifically the lats and shoulders. We want to make you look like Atlas so what better way than shoulder pressing, handstand pushups and pullups?
For the behind the neck press, go as heavy as possible but make sure your form is paramount. This one can be tough on the rotator cuff so make sure you do them right.
The metcon salutes those fallen on 9/11/01. Do it to the best of your ability and leave nothing on the floor!
