As the weather begins to warm up, expect to be doing more WODs like these. These runs will get you out in the neighborhood and the cleans will build power in your body only rivaled by Hercules himself.
But first we must start with the basics and build the foundation on which to build our Adonis style frames. We’ll go over drills for the first 20 minutes+ of class to make sure your movement is as good as can be for your current level. The goal is constant improvement, not perfection.
