A Lil’ O This, A Lil’ O That

It’s time to get strong. This week we’re starting a new strength cycle culminating in the CrossFit Total in a few months. So you’ll be seeing a lot of shoulder presses, squats and deadlifts with all their variations in the programming.

Today we start with the shoulder press (aka strict press) to begin the week. Remember the bar path and move your head back as you press overhead. In the metcon, we have a little shoulder work, some leg involvement with the cleans and everything with the burpees.
