As we get 2019 underway, we begin with focusing on our upper bodies. Today we have shoulder presses for our strength portion with a higher volume of reps (4 sets of 10 reps). Focus on the bar path by pressing the bar up and back to end overhead. Push your elbows forward as they unlock to return the bar to its starting position.
In the metcon, choose a weight that you can press unbroken. Today is meant to be short and fast so limit your transition time and resting. Push hard…this is 2019 :)!!!
