A Taste of Superfit

We end the week with a little taste of what several of us did last weekend. NO, it’s not the same workout from the competition, but the scheme is similar. To make sure its identity remains safe, some things in this workout have been changed. This workout only represents what may have happened last Saturday and the results may vary depending on the output of the individual.

But first, we need to do a little lifting. So practice your snatch and OHS game. It’ll get you primed for action later on.

Strength:

In 20min, find a heavy complex of:
1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats
