Today we begin with a complex focusing on the various factions of snatch technique. A power snatch into a snatch balance and then an overhead squat. As with these complexes, the goal is technique. If you have decent technique, then add some weight. When the technique begins to fail, back off and finish there.
In the metcon, we complement our skill work with snatches and overhead squats mixed some burpees for “fun”. Use a weight that is challenging but doable and keep good form throughout.
