After last week’s awesome PRs in the Total and the beginning of the 2018 Open, we can start with a little training with the front squat. This variation is used a lot throughout CF whether in wallballs, the clean, or thrusters. So we feel it’s a good idea to train this lift in addition to other squat variations.
Our metcon is all about the bell today as we have swings, goblet squats and burpees. With rep ranges under 10 for each movement, you should be able to go unbroken each round.
