We’re starting off with some skill work practicing the Turkish get-up and KB snatch. These two movements are great for unilateral strength training as well as core stability.
The metcon will test your ability to develop unilateral strength through 4 variations of kettlebell movements. The goal is to be able to do all reps unbroken and move from one exercise to the next without putting the kettlebell down. This may be hard to accomplish so take breaks as needed and do the best you can.

15 KB Overhead Squats
20 KB Swings
