Angie – aka “Nothing But Bodyweight” is a nice little test of how you do 100 reps of each movement: pull-ups, pushups, situps, and squats. Mastering these movements will build strength that rivals using a bar and weight.

Think of this WOD as 100 reps to perfect your movement patterns. So don’t just DO these movements, do them WELL and strive for perfection in the pullup, pushup, and squat. Manageable sets will be key, so make sure you don’t burn out. Hitting muscle failure will cost you.
