“Angie”

“Angie” is the ultimate full-body WOD. Pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats hit every major muscle group leaving you with that “pump” most meatheads dream about in their sleep. However this combo is quite “fun”. You see, “Angie” needs to be done IN ORDER so there’s no partitioning of these movements. That adds that extra layer of suck to this WOD like no other. On the bright side, you will be feeling all swole and flexy once you’re done.
