Our strength work today is the 3-position snatch. This is a great drill to work on the skill and, if you can, add a little weight to challenge yourself. Make sure to focus on hitting positions over load.
The metcon is a nice little couplet of double-unders and snatches (yes, squat snatches). Focus on your cadence for the DUs and keep your breathing in check. Try to control your HR by taking big, slow breaths as you jump. For the snatches, use a weight that is challenging but doable.
