Huuuump Day!!!
Yes, today is the day to get over the hump and what better way than to get a great workout in with a long metcon. This is volume 2 so it slightly varies with the substitution of ring rows for pull-ups. However, we’ve made the ring rows a little more difficult by elevating your feet. Scale as needed to complete this WOD and keep grinding to get to the end.
