Yes! We’re back to this already. Now that the Open is over, it’s back to training time. And today’s WOD is quite the trainer 🙂 The ascending ladder should give you all the feels of 18.2, but all the suck of 18.4. Don’t be fooled by the easy first rounds as this WOD climbs fast once you pass round 5. The snatches should be light and you should challenge yourself on the HSPU. Remember the key to burpees is to just keep moving as this will be the case today.
