Today we begin with a snatch complex for our strength/skill and ending with a familiar WOD for our metcon. Our complex builds from the snatch pull into the full snatch. Remember to keep the bar close as you pull the bar up and push yourself down under the bar in the snatch.

Our metcon is a flip-flopped version of an old Open WOD that appeared in 2011 & 2014 respectively. Continuing with our Oly work, we have power snatches and double-unders to get the blood flowing and give you a nice test.
