Bad Memories

Today’s WOD may give you some bad memories if you did 17.1 last year. If you recall, that “nice” WOD paired this combination with an ascending ladder of DB snatches with a fixed rep scheme of BBJO. We’re only doing 3 rounds today so this shouldn’t give you too many bad memories but get your prepped for what may come.

Our EMOM today focuses on pulling and pushing with pull-ups and ring dips. If you can’t get 5 and 5 with at least 30 seconds rest each minute, modify to 4/4 or 3/3.

Strength:

EMOM for 10min:
Odd minute – 5 C2B Pullups
Even minute – 5 Ring Dips

Conditioning:

3RFT:
20 DB Snatches (53/35)
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
