“Barbara” is “Angie”‘s bigger, badder sister. There are 50 more push-ups, 100 more sit-ups, and 150 more squats!!!! BUT, BUT, BUT unlike “Angie” you get 3 minutes rest in between each round. Just like “Angie” make sure you’re well hydrated before you come in today. And also just like “Angie”, be smart with your reps schemes. Leave a few reps in the tank before you break and break often to avoid complete muscle fatigue.

With 150 more squats, you could say that Queen made a song about her 🙂
