“Barbara”

We haven’t seen Barbara in about 6 months; 6 months and 2 weeks to be exact 🙂 This “little” workout is a bigger version of “Angie” (if you don’t know what that is look it up) that seems to have been pissed off (LOL). But, as always with bigger workouts, the key to tackling this is managing your sets and not going to failure. If that means you’re doing 100 single pull-ups, then so be it. You will see the benefits in other areas because you won’t be so fatigued.

Conditioning:

5RFT:
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Abmat Situps
50 Air Squats
Rest 3 min after each round
