We continue with our strength cycle with the deadlift. Remember to keep your back tight and chest up during this lift. Pull with your chest as you push through your heels standing up to full extension.
The metcon today should be relatively short (read <10min). Scale the pistols accordingly so you can keep moving from one foot to the next. Use your MU scale to continue building strength and then get on the rower and go hard. Rinse and repeat x2.
