This week we start with our patent-pending shoulder complex for our upper body strength training. If you fail on a movement, move to the next and continue the complex.
Our metcon combines 2 wonderful movements (the burpee and the box jump) for your fitness pleasure. I mean why be inefficient doing 2 separate movements when you can kill 2 muscle groups with 1 exercise? 🙂 More bang for your buck. We add wallballs just to spice things up and give this WOD just the kick it needs.
Shoulder Complex – 5 rounds for max load of:
4 Shoulder Press
3 Push Press
2 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk
Burpee Box Jumps
