Today we focus on our engines – our heart and lungs. Since yesterday was all about lifting heavy, today is about endurance. You should shoot for an equal amount of splits on the run and row, meaning if it takes you 1:00 to row 250m, then it should take you the same amount of time to run 200m. Play that game with yourself and see if you can keep an even split or be faster on one than the other.
