The Turkish Getup is a great skill move for building shoulder strength and stability. You don’t need to go super heavy on this to really build those small stabilizer muscles that’ll build solid shoulders. Focusing on your form and position will prove to be taxing even for the strongest person.
Hit the metcon hard and remember to use and focus on your technique in the DB snathces. Stay active with your shoulders during the C2B pull-ups and make sure put your chest on the bar.
