During the strength portion today, warm up to your working sets at 70%. We will be doing all sets at a set weight (70%) instead of progressively adding each set.
During the AMRAP, make sure your setup is perfect before pulling the bar off the floor. This will ensure a better bar path and make the cleans more efficient and subsequently easier. Keep your elbows high on the front-rack lunges and drive off your front leg to stand back up. Breath on the double-unders and keep your hand speed up.
