We end the week with a barbell complex focusing on the clean. Take each movement and build it into the next as you move through the complex.

Our metcon continues our power cleans and then moves to front-rack lunges and box jumps. Keep your core tight as you lunge forward and drive your elbows up and you push back. Make sure you explode your jumps for each box jump because shorting these will cost you 🙂


In 20min, find a heavy complex of:
1 Clean Pull
1 Power Clean
1 Clean
1 Jerk


7 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 FR Lunges
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
