You can thank CrossFit New England for this nice little chipper you’re doing today. 10 different moves in a descending rep scheme gives you some mental “win” as you move through this WOD. We can also call this a second Open WOD prep workout for this week as we WILL see all these movements in the Open over the next 5 weeks. So make sure as you’re doing these today, practice them perfectly as if someone is judging you…because starting next week, they will be :).
