Today we celebrate the life of USAF SSgt Timothy Davis, 28. D.T. is a great WOD in that it works all parts of a clean & jerk (deadlift, clean, jerk) separately. At first glance, this WOD doesn’t look so bad. But after the 3rd round you start to rethink that sentiment. Being smart and breaking at the right times will help make this bad boy a little less sucky.
