Since there’s a high probability we’ll see thrusters and pull-ups this week, I figured we might as well start with them. Thrusters are an awesome full-body movement that work every muscle. They hit the lower body, upper body and if you do them fast, your cardio as well. Keep your elbows high in the front rack for efficiency and accelerate coming out of the squat.
Our metcon is a DB variation of everyone’s favorite – Fran. We kicked it up a notch by adding C2B pullups to make it Games style 🙂
