Today we finish up the week with some rowing and a ladder of deadlifts, push presses and toes-to-bars. In the row portion, try to maintain an even 500m split time for every interval. The key we’re looking for is a consistent pace, not an all out sprint.

Our metcon is a building ladder adding one rep per round. The weight is light so move quickly through the deadlifts and push presses to give yourself time for the toes-to-bar. 12 minutes will go fast especially when the reps start to climb.
