Your shoulders are the gateway to your arms and having strong ones is key to a myriad of things in life. From being able to lift a box overhead to being able to pull a sled in the snow, strong shoulders will help you do it all.
We’re starting with shoulders presses for 5 sets of 5 reps at 70% for all 5 sets. Make sure you keep your lower body tight and continue pressing to the top. Our metcon continues with HSPU and ring dips for more shoulder strengthening giving you a break with the row.
