Did the name give you chills (Muhahahaha)?! IF it did, don’t worry. It’s just a name and this WOD isn’t as bad as it sounds. These ones always look worse but are nothing like a sub-5 minute sprint (aka Fran). Use the first run to get going and set your pace. Then come in and get to work of the rope jumping and thrusters. Have your weights set out to ensure easy transitions and then get back out for your final run. Good luck and have fun.
