She’s baaaack! Oh hello Diane! Or should we call you….Headrusher Booty Smoker?! Either way this little vixen of a WOD hits the lower body first then turns you upside down and blasts your shoulders. It’s like your heart doesn’t know where to send the blood next. LOL

Try to use a weight that’s heavy enough to go unbroken but not too light where you could do all 45 reps. The HSPUs are where most people will have sticking points. So give yourself time with strategic breaks and not redlining.
