This week’s benchmark is “Diane”. If this is your first time doing this WOD, pick a weight that is heavy enough to be challenging but not one that you have to do singles in the round of 21. Remember to breathe while deadlifting because you don’t want to be short air flipping upside down. Keep your chest up and push the ground away with your feet, arching your back hard. During the HSPU, make sure your elbows go forward, not out to the side. Keep a tight midline and push your head through.
