Double The Run, Double The Fun

Today’s long chipper is brought to you but the letters R, H, and T. Use a weight that you can do the first round unbroken on the HPS and use your appropriate scale for the T2B. As with any chipper, make sure you break the work into manageable sets as you being to fatigue. Focusing on your form and technique will make the weight seem light(er) and help you in the later rounds.
