We continue this week’s Wendler cycle with the bench press today. This time, we’re adding 5lbs. to our max lifts and re-calculating our percentages again. Remember the last set is ALWAYS a max effort set, so go for broke and see what you can get.

Elizabeth is a great 1-2 punch that taxes your whole system. The squat cleans hit the legs and the ring dips hit the upper body to keep you breathing heavy for all 90 reps. Pushing hard is a must if you want a good time. You can always breathe later 🙂
