This WOD is a great test of how you’d do in an MMA fight because it was designed just for that. 3 rounds of alternating complimentary moves will leave you flat on your back wondering just what happened. Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Push Press (75/55)
1 min rest between rounds
