“Filthy Fifty”

Let’s get Filthy!! This chipper is by far one of the best chippers in all of CrossFit. 10 exercises, 50 reps each for a total of 500 repetitions. This tests your stamina and endurance, your balance and coordination, and power and agility like no other benchmark WOD. Remember to break this down into sets you can handle to get through each exercise. Keep a good pace leading up to the final 3 exercises and then try to push through at the end. Good Luck!!

50 Box Jumps (24/20)
50 Jumping Pullups
50 KBS (35/25)
50 Walking Lunge Steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Presses (45/35)
50 GHD Back Extensions
50 Wallballs (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
