The “Filthy Fifty”

The Filthy Fifty is the quintessential chipper. 10 exercises, 50 reps each, 500 total reps for time.

At 3, 2, 1 your excitement is high and you’re box jumping like crazy. But be careful. This is a long WOD and there are other movements that can be pushed through with relative ease so save your energy for them. Make sure you also control your breathing which will help later on in the WOD. The final 3 is the real gauntlet so sack up and hold on tight because this one is a real ass-kicker.
