Fitness Fun on the 4th!!

Today’s WOD consists of a fun obstacle course that will test your fitness in a fun way. Run, crawl, jump, lift, throw and swing your way around the course and see how many rounds you can get before time expires. This is meant to be fun today so if there is an obstacle you can’t do, scale it and move on. And then go celebrate the 4th with your family and friends. Enjoy!!
