We focus on power cleans today for our Oly strength/skill. The power clean or power snatch is just that – it’s about how much power can you produce to get the bar as high as possible. There’s no full squat on this one so you must rely on getting into the proper “power” position to produce enough vertical force on the bar to be successful.
In the metcon, we are using 70% of your daily max and then adding a few extra “goodies” to make this WOD extra fun. Stay focused on technique and score well.
