Cardi-O, cardi-O, and more cardi-O (way better than Cardi-B). Today is all about the heart muscle that pumps the most precious of liquids throughout our bodies. And it’s also your chance to make the leaderboard with the first 2000m row.
But first, we start with some pulling strength training in the form of dead-hang pull-ups. 5 sets for maximum reps with a 3 minute rest in between each attempt. Remember to drive your elbows into your back pockets and try to break the bar in half.
