Fran’s Red-headed Step Sister

Since thrusters are probably on the menu for 18.5, I thought we’d get a little strength training in before the big day. The lighter percentage can allow you to really focus on your form while maintaining a challenging weight. Keep your torso tall, your elbows high, and core tight.

Wallballs and pullups might as well be Fran’s red-headed step-sister. The only difference is using a bar vs a ball. Have fun with this one because as one goes up, the other must come down.
