“Get To That Rope”

As presses get heavy in the second cycle, please focus on a solid 1 second pause at the top of each rep while pressing through the lift with an active shoulder. Part two is a fun interval style WOD. The objective is to get to the rope and maximize your DUs every round. Each athlete must change your own weight. Pick a beginning load that allows you to progressively load weight each interval. Have fun and support each other.

Strength/Skill:

Strict Press – 4×5 @ 65-80%. On the last set, put 75% on and go for a max effort

Conditioning:

In 4 Minutes: 18 Power Snatches (95/65), 18 burpee box jumps (24/20), ME Double Unders.
Rest 2 Minutes.

In 4 minutes: 12 Power Snatches (115/85), 12 burpee box jumps, ME Double Unders.
Rest 2 Minutes.

In 4 minutes: 6 Power Snatches (135/105), 6 burpee box jumps, ME Double Unders.
