After yesterday’s 1RM gainz-fest, we feel it’s time to shift gears and move into some more gymnastics focused training. Starting with an EMOM of strict C2B pull-ups and HSPUs, we will start to develop the upper body strength needed for many skills.

In “Go Time”, we’re hitting the shoulders with SDLHP, total body with thrusters and legs with high box jumps. Stay focused throughout this WOD and move with deliberate speed. Speed is nice but controlled is safer and better.
