We start today’s WOD with some volume work every minute on the minute. The goal is to complete each task in the minute with at least 30 seconds to rest. If you’re not achieving that, consider modifying your workload within the minute.
The metcon today features ascending and descending ladders of wallballs and pull-ups. There is a 20 minute cap on this workout so scale appropriately to finish in a goal time of 15-17minutes. This may mean using bands when you usually don’t or scaling the reps.
